Love, mind, knowledge and efforts of recipes with full understanding of the structure,with the view of   anywhere at any time education and with policy and 1739 numbered with the National Education Basic Law in the Constitution of Turkey determines the legal limitations in the Non-Formal Education Regulations and the duties and responsibilities performed and activities;

PRACTICE AREAS
Our Center  pays attention to activities to be national cultural values protective developer, the descriptor to be adopted in the relaxing qualities. For this purpose, it makes research folk dances, folk clothes folk handicrafts holding face to be forgotten in the areas. It opens  protective and developer courses for them. It opens coursess music, theater, folk dance and performs research in similar areas with the purpose of evaluating people's leisure time,  acquiring useful and beautiful habits and  helping improve their sense of togetherness and unity.
